About Us
The Cavali Apartments, located in a beautiful location in Xerokampos about 50 meters from the beach of Ambelos or Xerokambos and 100 meters from Akrogiali Tavern, is a modern and comfortable facility, completed in 2008 and owned by Manolis Voutirakis.
This is a place for sea and sun lovers who want to spend some time relaxing near beautiful beaches and with no obligation to use their car during their holiday.
The six large apartments (about 50 square meters each) proposed are all with view to the sea and on the first of the Kavali islands.
The environments are suitable for prolonged periods of residence.

April – May – June: 60 €

Daily Rates for 2-4 persons, for each extra person-bed supplement of 10 €

Policy and other services
Two-room apartment, bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom and terrace.
Daily Rates in Euro, taxes included. Air conditioning and Pay-TV included. With the arrival in the accommodation, the refrigerator contains water, soft drinks, fruit and a bottle of traditional raki. This is a welcome offer of the Cavali Apts.
Use of washing machine.
Linen change every 4 days. There is the possibility of daily cleaning of the apartment in agreement with the client in the price of 5 €.
The Apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.
eposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on Eurobank of Sitia in the name of Manolis Voutirakis, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.
Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.
